Poet, Librettist, Playwright, Short Story Writer

Having lived in Princeton since I graduated, I have come to know and appreciate the elegant and erudite aspects of this charming college town, but I have also seen the greed and snobbishness that the town sometimes brings out in people. All of my views, both positive and negative, will be found in my recently published short story, The Hidden Ally.

One of the less adorable aspects of life in Princeton is the townies’ obsession with eliminating the deer who dwell nearby. Deer are beautiful and quite benign animals, whose only crime appears to be interfering with the cars that go whipping down our roads. The voice of Princeton’s anti-cervine population will be found in my poem The Hunting of the Deer.
